Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 2026

We want subscribing to Vendigo to feel risk-free. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work. It supplements our Terms of Service and does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

1. Free Trial First

Every new organization starts with a 7-day free trial — no payment method required. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure Vendigo fits your team before paying anything.

2. Cancel Anytime

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings — no email, no phone call, no notice period.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period(monthly or annual). You keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.
  • We do not prorate partial periods after cancellation, except as described below.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Vendigo is not right for you, we will refund your first purchase (your first monthly or annual payment for your organization) in full if you request it within 14 days of that payment. Just email us — no justification needed. The guarantee applies once per organization and does not cover renewals or plan changes after the first purchase.

4. EU/EEA Consumers: Right of Withdrawal

If you subscribe as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. Because the Service is a digital service that begins immediately, we ask for your express consent to start before the withdrawal period ends; if you then withdraw, you may owe a proportionate amount for the period already used, as provided by law. In practice, our 14-day money-back guarantee above is at least as generous — a full refund with no deduction — so most consumers will simply use it. To exercise the statutory right, send us an unambiguous statement (email suffices) within the withdrawal period. Business customers are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Renewals, Downgrades, and Billing Errors

  • Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of an annual renewal without having meaningfully used the Service since, we will work with you on a fair resolution.
  • When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing period; when you upgrade, the difference is prorated by Stripe automatically.
  • If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us and we will correct it promptly.

6. How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

7. Contact
